Tell us you are coming
Do you have clothes in your wardrobe that you never wear? Clear them out and come along to the Woodhouse Eaves Clothes Swap!

Bring 2 to 5 adult and/or children's items of clothing to the Baptist Church Hall on 29 February 2024. Swap them for items that you will use and wear.
​
No money will be exchanged - this is a swap.
The items must be clean and in good condition.
You will be able to try on in the toilets.
​
There is always a risk participating in a swap - you may bring items and not find any that you like to take away. You could think about finding items for family members instead.
​
You are encouraged to stay for tea and coffee. New items might come in throughout the evening and this will give you a chance to find the ideal item.
If you don't have any items to swap you can still come along. Towards the end of the evening if there are still items available, we will invite everyone to take away any thing they like.
Please note: the Baptist Hall does not have a car park. It is best to park at the village hall (LE12 8RZ) and walk down Main Street to the church.
How it all works:
We invite you to bring 2 - 5 items of adult clothing and/or 2 - 5 of children's clothing.
In the hall tables and rails will be set up by types of clothes eg dresses together, jumpers together etc.
You choose the same number of items that you brought.
You may not find sufficient clothes you like, that is the risk with a swap.

People will be coming in throughout the evening so we invite you to have a drink and a chat whilst you wait for new items.
Hot drinks will be available.
​
Towards the end of the evening, if there are still items left everyone is welcome to take what they like.
​
Any items not taken home will be donated to a charity shop.
