The fair has free entry. There will be donation boxes around the activities to cover costs. Please give if you feel able to.
There is not a cash machine in the village. Some stalls will only be able to take cash, so please come prepared.
Travelling to the fair:

If you can, please walk to the fair - that is the most environmentally friendly way to travel.

There will be some bike parking, but this may be popular. Please bring a lock.

There are car parking spaces next to the hall, including one disabled space.

St Paul's Church car park will be available from 11.15 am. Postcode: LE12 8RT - the car park is opposite the church.

The Beacon Hill car park is a 15 minute walk away. There is a charge: £2 up to 1 hour; £3 up to 2 hours; £4 up to 3 hours; £5 over 3 hours. Lower car park postcode LE12 8TA.

If you find you have to park in the village streets, please be respectful of residents' property and driveways.

Refreshments will be sold in the Main Hall.

The Woodhouse Agora will be selling savoury snacks.

The playing field and park are next to the halls, which are perfect for a picnic.

The Beacon Hill cafe serves drinks and food. A 15 minute walk - postcode LE12 8TA.
