The fair has free entry. There will be donation boxes to cover costs. Please give if you feel able to.

There is not a cash machine in the village. Some stalls will only be able to take cash, so please come prepared.

Photos:
We will have a photographer at the fair. If you do not want yourself, or family members to be in the photos please make her aware.
​
Dogs:
Apologies for any inconvenience but dogs will not be allowed in the halls during the fair.
​
Travelling to the fair:

If you can, please walk to the fair - that is the most environmentally friendly way to travel.

There is some bike parking in the car park. Please bring a lock.

There are car parking spaces next to the hall, including one disabled space.

The overflow car park is St Paul's Church car park. This will be available from 11.15 am. Postcode: LE12 8RT - the car park is opposite the church.

The Beacon Hill car park is a 15 minute walk away. There is a charge: £2 up to 1 hour; £3 up to 2 hours; £4 up to 3 hours; £5 over 3 hours. Lower car park postcode LE12 8TA.

If you find you have to park in the village streets, please be respectful of residents' property and driveways.

Food and Drink:

Refreshments will be sold in the Main Hall. Hot drinks, squash and cakes will be available.

Zest Eat will be serving a hot vegan soup with a hunk of bread for £5.50 from 12 in the main hall.

Stonehurst Farm will have savoury scones, cheese straws and sausage rolls on sale. You are welcome to eat these in the refreshments area of the main hall.

The playing field and park are next to the halls, which are perfect for a picnic. Bring a blanket and enjoy your picnic.

The Beacon Hill café serves drinks and food. A 15 minute walk - postcode LE12 8TA.

Tell us when you arrive:
Entry to the fair is completely free. But we would like to know where you have come from, how you heard about the fair and to have some idea of how many visitors we've had! Come to the welcome stall to chat to us and be entered into the prize draw. Lucky winners will receive a hamper created by our plastic free champion businesses - Apples and Pears & Agora.

What to bring:

A bag for any purchases (you can pick up a free Morsbag at the entrance to the village hall)
