4 June will be the last collection

10 am - 12 pm

Woodhouse Eaves Village Hall Car Park or Annexe Building

(The Annexe is the bottom building next to the playground)

We regret to tell you that the collections will be finishing after June.

The person we take the items to is retiring after 12 years.  This is due to two reasons:

  • Terracycle keep increasing the weight of returns (meaning she has to store more items before sending them off)

  • A reduction in collections due to supermarket soft plastic recycling facilities

There are no other collection points in our local area.

Please see below places you could take your own recycling.

Supermarket soft plastics

Crisp and snack packets; confectionary wrappers; biscuit, cake and cracker wrappers; cheese packaging; plastic Dishwasher packaging/packaging from wipes
